TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions (T&C) apply to all orders placed in our atelier. By using our services, you agree to these terms.
2. Offer and Conclusion of Contract
Our offers are non-binding and constitute an invitation to submit a purchase offer. A contract is only concluded once we have confirmed the order.
3. Custom-Made Products
Our jeans and chinos are made to measure based on the client’s individual measurements taken at the atelier. Once the order has been confirmed, no further changes can be made.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices are stated in CHF and include statutory VAT, where applicable.
Payment is made in two steps:
– 50% of the total amount is invoiced upon order confirmation. Production begins once this payment is received.
– The remaining 50% is due upon completion of the product.
The pants can be collected once full payment has been received.
Please note: As each item is custom-made, refunds are excluded.
5. Delivery and Shipping
Production time is generally 3–4 weeks. The pants can be collected at the atelier or delivered via shipping. Shipping costs are CHF 10.–.
6. Returns and Exchanges
As our products are individually made to order, returns and exchanges are excluded unless there is a proven production defect. In such cases, the defect must be reported within 7 days of receiving the item.
7. Liability
We are only liable for intent and gross negligence. We assume no liability for damage resulting from improper use or care of the products.
8. Data Protection
All personal data is processed in accordance with our privacy policy. The data is used exclusively for order processing, customer care, and marketing purposes.
9. Changes to the Terms and Conditions
We reserve the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. The current version is available at the atelier.
10. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
Swiss law applies. The place of jurisdiction for all disputes is [insert location].
